She put together intriguing illustrations that help the reader get a clear picture of the scene described. She also used a descriptive writing style to narrate the story from the perspective of Inca. The tone used in the narration of the story is conversational. The idea of merging humans and animals to create an engrossing and fascinating story is a plus.
Children between ages 5 and 10 years will benefit from reading the book. There is a lot to pick from the narrative. For instance, the children will learn the impacts of teamwork. They will also learn to be responsible, committed, and loyal. Moreover, gaining knowledge about different countries and cultures is a bonus.
